A little about me: I discovered meditation in 1998, about one year following the untimely death of my husband. I’ve studied many practices but have found Mindful Breathing Meditation to be most effective. Deep breaths engage the body’s cells on a physical level and act as a healing agent. Coupled with guided visualization techniques Mindful Breathing will change your whole world: Assists with swift manifestation of desires, ridding of negative energy, opening of pathways for new opportunities, activates the Connection with your Inner Self (God). Done consistently it will create the most positive of changes in your life. After a few sessions one is able to take these tools and use them at will. My practice is located in Los Angeles, CA. Phone meditations are also available. Donations only at this time. Thank you - DK

God, our Life Source, Lives Within. Concentrated Deep Breaths will activate your Life Source. Inhale to the count of 8. Exhale powerfully and consciously. Repeat.

Breathing is our Source of Life and when done deeply, and forcefully, it essentially connects us to our Divine Selves. Once connected we are able to unlock the magic within, so we can live our best lives, and be our Best Selves.

Mindful Breathing is a meditation practice, which when done consciously and consistently, will change your world in the most positive of ways.

Try this exercise: Sit upright, comfortably, with your arms extended with palms up and resting on your lap. With your eyes closed and chin up, inhale through your nose deeply while counting to 8. Exhale from your mouth with force and purpose. Let your breath escape you while imagining all fear and negative forces leaving your body.
Imagine the light within growing and growing; so big that it is pouring out of you when you exhale, and exuding from your pours.

See your Inner Light circle around you creating a bubble and then feel the weight of your worldly problems leave you as your bubble carries you up and out into the skies of the universe.

Feel the freedom that the light provides you. Let it carry you to wherever your heart desires.

Imagine the faces of the people you love. Shower them with your breaths of light as you continue to inhale and exhale deeply. See them smiling and joyous as they receive your Light.

Finally imagine settling down into a beautiful garden with all of your loved ones (past and present) surrounding you happy and joyous. Rejoice with them. Be thankful for them and everything else that’s good in your life.

Continue to repeat these steps until you feel at peace.

Do this for 10 minutes a day and you’ll find that you’ll attract more love and positivity in people and experiences.

This is just the beginning.
